1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or utilizing the PixVibe IVRS voice broadcasting platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable telecommunications regulations, and national laws.
2. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Spam Prohibition
PixVibe IVRS is an enterprise-grade outbound voice dialer designed for legitimate transactional notifications, business alerts, and lawful marketing communications. You strictly agree NOT to:
- Transmit unlawful, abusive, threatening, obscene, or fraudulent audio content.
- Place automated calls outside regulatory permissible calling hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST for commercial calls).
- Dial phone numbers registered on National Do Not Call (DND) registries without verifiable prior opt-in consent.
- Impersonate law enforcement, government officials, financial institutions, or other entities.
- Engage in carrier spoofing or manipulation of assigned DID caller IDs.
3. Carrier Accounts & Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining valid, KYC-verified accounts and adhering to all carrier policies with your chosen telephony providers (VoiceLink / Elision and Exotel). Any fines, carrier penalties, or legal liabilities arising from unsolicited calls or unapproved DLT templates are exclusively the responsibility of the operator.
4. Service Availability & Telephony Disclaimers
While PixVibe IVRS provides carrier-grade dual routing and high reliability, actual call delivery depends on underlying telecom carrier networks, operator PSTN interconnects, mobile network coverage, and recipient device states. We do not guarantee 100% answer rates or delivery of calls to devices that are switched off, out of network, or blocking unknown numbers.
5. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the PixVibe IVRS console if any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or illegal telecom spamming is detected.
